A spacious caravan that sleeps up to 6 people in the lovely village of Luib on the Isle of Skye.
The caravan is a large 2 bedroom static caravan (38'x12') situated in a secluded spot in the quiet crofting village of Luib, overlooking Loch Ainort. The caravan is an ideal getaway for families being situated in a quiet village and two minutes walk from the shore.
Six miles back down the A87 is the village of Broadford which boasts all the amenities you need, such as grocery store, 24 hr petrol station, chemist, bank, post office, laundry and various eating and drinking places.
The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and utensils and the open plan dining area sits 6 people. There is a double bed room, a twin bed room and a fold out double bed in the sitting room. There is a walk in shower in the bathroom and a combi boiler gives instant hot water.
The spacious living room has fantastic views over the Red Cuillin mountains and a small burn, where you will occasionally see herons and the odd otter. There is a small flat screen TV with freeview and a DVD player of which there are a selection provided. Electricity and gas are included in tariff. A travel cot is also available.
Please note: Beds are made up and towels provided.
Strictly no smoking inside the caravan and no pets as this is near a working croft. Children are very welcome and there is ample private off road parking next to the caravan.
£250 to £350 per week.
Weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required upon booking and the balance paid 4 weeks before the commencement of the rental. Please wait for confirmation of availability before paying the £50 deposit.
Non-payment of the balance of the rent on or before the due date, shall be deemed as a cancellation of the contract by the client. For bookings made less that 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental, the total fee is payable on booking.
Deposits and full payments can both be made by cheque or cash.

When you arrive on the Isle of Skye you continue on the A87 towards Portree, pass through Broadford and continue for 6 miles to the small village of Luib. Take the first turning left before the bridge and you will see the caravan outside the second house on the left just past the Skye Guides sign.
